My name is Michelle. I’m a self-care coach, blogger, and the founder of Authentic World Inc.

My mission is to help others identify and transform beliefs and habits holding them back. I teach people about self-care, mindset, mindfulness, boundaries and authenticity. My goal is to help you create the life you want for yourself without forgetting about what’s important.

My Story

After struggling for years with my own feelings of anxiety and uncertainty about who I was and what I wanted, I finally committed to doing the work and changing my life. Now, I’ve learned the skills and knowledge that have taught me how to get out of my own way and create an authentic meaningful life. Authentic World Inc is about teaching others to do the same. I offer a supportive space for learning important life skills like:

I have over twenty years of experience as a group facilitator, zen meditator, and public educator. I’ve helped thousands of people re-imagine their lives and create concrete plans for self-improvement. I’ve facilitated workshops, classes, and support groups on topics like stress management, health and wellness, goal setting, letting go, setting boundaries, and building confidence.
